I am a full service, full time, fiduciary realtor with a licensed assistant and accessible 7 days a week.

As an advocate for you I will work to sell your house for the most amount of money in a time frame that is best for you with minimal inconveniences.

All houses are listed in Multiple Listing Service in addition to many other national websites and full cooperation is given to any realtor who would like to show your house to potential buyers giving you the highest competitive edge, which often results in the highest sales price.

Your house will be marketed throughout the entire Oklahoma City Metropolitan area and beyond using the tools I have just gone over with you, not just your respective town.

Prior to listing I will consult with you on preparing your house and “staging” it to sell.

As a part of my service and as a fiduciary to you I will be involved in every phase of the transaction after we have entered into a contract with a buyer. This includes all paperwork required for contract, disclosures, title company, mortgage company and appraisers.

In addition, I will coordinate any repairs required for the sale of your property, unless you want to be involved. This includes arranging the best prices from plumbers, roofers, carpet layers, HVAC, painters, handymen etc. I have a complete rolodex that includes most types of vendors.
